Privacy of personal information is an important principle to Netcom Solutions Limited. We are
committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to
the extent necessary for the computer related products and services we provide. We also try to be open
as to how we handle personal information. This document describes our privacy policies.

Personal information is information about and identifiable individual. Personal information
includes information that relates to their personal characteristics e.g., gender,
home address, phone number email address. Personal information is to be contrasted with business information (e.g., an
individual's business address and telephone number), which is not protected by privacy
legislation, In addition, due to the nature of the computer and web design business, we also include in
our policies and protection of an individual's financial information including checking account information and credit card information.

We collect personal information for the following purposes:
Like businesses, we collect, use and disclose personal information in order to serve
our clients. For our clients, the primary purposes for collecting personal information are as
follows: to deliver any hardware purchased, to send billing information, to provide information for personal and corporate web sites, to provide email links to our clients from their web sites and to communicate
with our clients regarding their web sites and /or sales/service.Warranty information is also stored for
hardware sales.

Protecting personal information:
We understand the importance of protecting personal information. For that reason, we have taken the following steps:
- Paper information is either under supervision or secured in a locked or restricted area.
- Electronic hardware is password protected and behind a firewall.
- The Netcom Solutions server is secure.
